Welcome to Mrs. Amber's LMS classroom: 

This is for online self-study for Mrs. Amber's 7A class.

Material Information: 

This year your student will be learning from Cambridge Global English 6. "This is a six-level course following the Cambridge Primary English as a Second Language Curriculum Framework developed by Cambridge English Language Assessment." Your student will work through nine thematic units of study and five review spreads. At the end of every unit your student will engage in a project that will provide opportunities for self-assessment. Each individual unit contain six lessons, each developed around a unifying theme. Students will be able to engage in all four skills of "reading, listening, speaking and writing."  'Use of English' features focus on language awareness, and 'Tips' boxes on specific skills. Texts included have variety: factual and fictional, dialogue and poetry covering a range of topics. I am looking forward to a fun-filled year with your students! 

LMS Requirements: 

• On here there will be a 3 hours of weekly self study for the 7th grade students.

• The students will be required to take a quiz after each class session that they attend.

• The quiz will account for the students attendance that day.

•  If the student does not accomplish the quiz they will be marked absent by Mrs. Amber
